This newly renovated riverview cottage has everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway and experience the Florida lifestyle. You'll be staying in the heart of our historic downtown and art's district, Eau Gallie. Our welcoming river community is a 6 minute drive to the ocean and only a 10 minutes to 95.
This 1 bed/1 bath newly renovated cottage is part of a 3 unit property. This and one other cottage are structurally attached and there is a separate house to the East. This cottage includes a living room with a sofa bed, dinner/work table, full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The private fenced in back patio is compete with a deck, furniture, and beautiful river breeze and view. The driveway leads to a shared river front access area that includes a bench, a sea breeze and dolphin watching. There isn’t a dock that is available at this time but hopefully in the future. It's a calm and relaxing space that also includes a grill in your private fenced-in backyard to bring a true Florida experience. You can see and hear the water from the cottage and have access to sit right next to it for the sunrise.
