This property is protected by security cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. The cameras are located on the east corner of the house. In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record. It only measures the level of sound and reports back to us if it goes above a certain level.

This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom single-story house of 1327 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard.
The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom (vanity, toilet, bathtub, and shower), and a good-sized closet. In addition to the king-sized bed, there is a tv with a firestick, a dresser, and nightstands.
The remaining bedroom has a king-sized bed, a dresser, and closet.
A second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity, and toilet is located in the hallway.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plan. The dining area seats 6. The living room has a flat-screen tv with a firestick, a power reclining leather chair, and accent chairs.
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. Full-sized ironing board and iron.
Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new comfortable and well protected with mattress encasement, and waterproof mattress protectors.
The private backyard has a lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The backyard has seating, a dining area, TV, and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week.
Walking your dog is fantastic in this neighborhood; the sidewalks are wide and shaded beautifully by mature trees, there are a number of dog-friendly restaurants and a dog park nearby.
TRASH PICK UP
There is one trash can and guests are responsible to ensure that the trash is taken out and placed back during collect days.
NOTE: Pack and play, high chair are available upon request.
Receiving packages or mail is prohibited.
