This two bedroom, two bath condo is located beachfront. A short walk down the private boardwalk, and your toes are dipping into the beautiful sea. A sparkling blue pool awaits you just steps away. The open living area is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a private bathroom with roomy closet, large vanity and newly renovated walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a roomy closet and laundry area. Across the hall from the guest bedroom is a full bath with tub.
Enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the sunrise from your own balcony with southern view of the Atlantic Ocean and beaches. There is a sofa pull out in the living area that can accommodate 2 more sleepers. Come spend some Island Time by down by the sea and enjoy beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Parking available for 2 vehicles. Elevators and luggage carts also available. Cable tv and free Wi-Fi.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
