This is a stilted 2 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex home located in the prestigious Dunes Golf Community offering gorgeous lake and golf course views. It is located very close to the clubhouse where you can enjoy access to the public 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and clubhouse dining. Enjoy scenic bike rides through this friendly quiet community. The beach access is an 8 minute bike ride away (approximately 1.4 miles).
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and a traditional Mr. Coffee maker, blender & toaster. The living room has a decorative fire place, sleeper sofa, TV, desk for your laptop computer and plenty of books and games for those summer rainy afternoons. Relax on the screened lanai and enjoy watching the golfers and tropical birds. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Take a spiral staircase up to the 2nd bedroom which has 2 twin beds, TV, private open balcony and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. This owner provides complimentary WiFi, beach towels, and beach equipment for you to use.
