Provided inside is a complete kitchen setup, office desk and chair, mini library, games, multiple sleeping arrangements including a pullout sofa, a lanai with a grill, a beautiful, heated swimming pool, along with rafts and pool toys.
The TV is a smart TV and has cable available as well.
There is a highchair available by request ONLY. Please be sure to request at least 2 days before your arrival.
There is enough room to park 6 vehicles whether in the driveway or in the garage.

This home is in an HOA community. There is absolutely NO parking on the grass and NO parties allowed! If the owner acquires HOA fines due to guests violating the rules, the fees will be passed along to the guest.
