SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The first level of the home offers a king bedroom with a double entry shower bathroom. On the second level are two king suites with en suite bathrooms (one with a shower/bath combo and the other with a deep jetted tub and separate walk in shower). Each suite has its own balcony and walk-in closets. The top floor offers a private bedroom with two twin beds. There is also an open loft with four twin beds and a central bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. A sleeper sofa resides in the Great Room for additional sleeping arrangements.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
This is a boater's dream home consisting of a private dockage (can fit a boat up to 30 ft long) and deep water access! Luxuriate around your private pool (that is heated during the cooler months) and watch the fishing fleets return with their fresh catch!

There is space for two cars in the spacious garage on the ground level of the home as well as ample parking in the driveway for vehicles only.
