KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the roof top with hot tub and BBQ.
PARKING: The building has 6 unassigned spaces that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Oversized vehicles must use the public parking lot located at 8040 Collins Ave, just 2 blocks away.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
