The charming home has a beautiful relaxing interior with unobstructed views of the water from the sun room. The decorations will inspire you to take advantage of the outdoor activities available to you, or invite you in to a comfortable getaway.
Only 10-12 minutes away from the beach and located on a private 3 acres with stunning mossy oak trees, this home has the best of both worlds... access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches and to the Intracoastal waterway! Use the dock to launch kayaks and paddle boards we have provided, fish or take your friends and family down to the beach. Bring your boat and launch down the road and tie up at the dock for quick access to a multitude of water activities.
Enjoy the outdoors in multiple outside social areas. Whether you're looking to relax in the hot tub (with built-in bluetooth speakers!) overlooking the breathtaking water, gather around the firepit and share stories, or hang out under the pole barn in any weather, this home has it all! Guests will have access to a covered outdoor ping-pong table for hours of enjoyment, as well as plenty of yard space for furry friends, young ones, or tossing a ball around!
We are available 24/7/365 to all guests. You may text and call at your convenience should you need anything. We will be hands-off unless contacted, except for our initial check-in to see how your stay is going.

Closest boat launch is less than 5 minutes away at West Bay, dock on property can be used for enjoying the views or launching kayaks and paddle boards!
Must be 25 to rent, no exceptions. No spring breakers. Must have one person over the age of 25 for every 3 under. Host will ask for age verification. Pets allowed with $150 fee.
Our home uses a deep water well & we do not use any additives found in city water supplies. Because of this, there can often be a mineral odor.
Plenty of parking is available to all guests with a long driveway leading to the house.
There is keyless entry into the home that will be provided with your check-in instructions.
