Our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a heated pool is ideally located on a corner lot in a peaceful Venice neighborhood. Nestled between two golf communities, this low-traffic area offers both privacy and convenience. Downtown Venice Island is just 10 minutes away, and five stunning beaches are all within a 10–15 minute drive. You’ll also have quick access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and breathtaking white sand beaches.
Designed with a spacious open floor plan, our home features modern beach-inspired decor. French doors open to a serene outdoor living space complete with a patio sectional, Weber grill, and a tranquil pool. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, soaking up the sun, or unwinding in the enclosed lanai, this space is perfect for relaxation.
Amenities include:
-High-speed internet/WiFi -2 adult bicycles
-Beach essentials: chairs, umbrellas, towels, a boogie board, and a shark tooth finder
-Fully equipped kitchen: waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, and coffee maker

We take pride in our home and wish to share it with guests who will treat it with the same care and respect as their own. This is not a party house, as we value our quiet community and friendly neighbors. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Between January and April, we prefer a minimum rental period of three months.
Security Notice: Our home is equipped with three exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell camera. The cameras are located above the garage (facing the driveway), near the pool, and on the side of the home (near the mango tree). The pool-facing camera can be deactivated upon arrival via a labeled switch (“Outdoor Flood”) near the pool door closest to the garage.
