Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including the indoor private pool, 8-person hot tub, patios, deck, backyard, and all living areas. The only locked spaces are the two owners’ closets in the pantry area.
Parking is available on site for up to 8 vehicles, with 2 covered spaces and 6 uncovered driveway spaces. Please avoid parking on the lawn or sprinkler areas. Guests also have full use of the in-unit washer and dryer and the dedicated workspace.

Located in the Meyers area of South Lake Tahoe, our property offers a quieter, more secluded forest setting while still being a reasonable drive to Lake Tahoe beaches, Heavenly Mountain Resort, and the shops and restaurants near the California–Nevada state line. The area is known for scenic rivers, tall pines, and easy access to hiking and biking trails, making it a great base for year-round outdoor adventures.
In winter, guests can head to nearby ski areas around South Lake Tahoe for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow play. In summer and fall, explore lakeside beaches, boat rentals, mountain trailheads, and local dining in town. After a day out, you return to a private estate setting with room for everyone to spread out and relax
Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended for this home. The property is not on a free bus or shuttle line, and public transportation in this part of South Lake Tahoe is limited.
You’ll have easy road access via the main highways serving South Lake Tahoe for reaching ski resorts, trailheads, grocery stores, and lakeside areas. In winter, be prepared for changing road conditions and chain controls common in the Sierra Nevada.
