Private 1000 sq ft space located in beautiful home in North Titusville, FL. Bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, Roku TV, walk-in closet, full dresser and night stands, and a crib if you need it. Living room and fully appointed kitchen are open concept with a day bed/trundle that sleeps 2 and sliding door to outdoor space. Pool bathroom is large with huge tiled shower and storage. Outdoor patio with ceiling fan looks out to the pool and 8 person hot tub; sunscreen and pool/beach towels are provided. Laundry, initial entry and the pool /hot tub are common spaces, but apartment is tucked away from the rest of the home absolutely separated from the main house. The hosts are family-oriented and live onsite; they are open to conversations in their kitchen or to leaving renters completely on their own. Mom is a gourmet cook who will make dinner for guests for a reasonable extra cost - especially after a long day at the beach or parks. Dad can help arrange fishing and kayaking trips - also reasonably priced. There is so much to do, you can be busy everyday exploring the Space Coast and Central Florida and return to watch the sun set from the hot tub.
