We have plenty of amenities for all the Family/Friends to enjoy & relax. NUMBER OF GUESTS AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
The four bedrooms can comfortably sleep 12 Guests, and while that is the recommended maximum of guests, ADDITIONAL guests are able to utilize the 2 couches/sectionals we have in the living room and sunroom if they desire.
For guests traveling with a BABY we have their own portable playpen/sleeping crib located in the master bedroom.
POOL HEATING is FREE OF CHARGE: For the months of October through April.
PROPANE TANKS: They are included during your stay.One is in the BBQ Grill and the other is in the FirePit Outdoor seating area. In case your propane tank runs out during your stay, you are more than welcome to refill it at your own expense.
PROPERTY:
This 4 bed/2 bath home is situated on approximately 1/3 of an acre. The backyard is fully fenced with half of it being a grass yard, and the other half lending itself to outdoor entertaining. Feel free to relax on either one of the two available sunbeds that are situated between a palm tree and our orange tree. If there are any oranges that are ripe and ready to eat, please feel free to help yourself and enjoy them!
AMENITIES:
Come have fun swimming in our private Heated Pool, or just relax in the Hot tub/Bar area. Have a ping pong tournament by the outdoor lounge area, take naps in our sun-beds by the palm trees, put your grill skills to the test in our outdoor BBQ Grill, or have a storytelling time by our cozy fire pit in the long seating area under the Pergola.
Games in our backyard include a Badminton Net, Backyard CornHole, Small soccer Nets for All ages, Various Board Games, Pool Floats for kids and adults. Ample outdoor lighting for ALL day activities, and overhead cover allows for enjoyment of the space day or night, and rain or shine. We have board games for indoor activities and TV entertainment packed with Free Channels. Don't Forget to get connected to our FREE- WIFI through out the property !
(Note: Please keep in mind to put all toys, utensils and games in their designated areas when you are done using them.)
KITCHEN / SEATING AREA:
Our indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped with all utensils, The extra long dining table with bench seating on side allows for all of our guests to sit and enjoy meals together. As well, there is plenty of outdoor seating available so that everyone has a spot to relax.
CHECK-IN:
Guests with reservations 24-48 hours before their check-in time, will receive a one time passcode to enter manually in our digital door keypad for easy access into our property. You'll enter your designated code that will be active for the entirety of your stay, this will be more convenient for you and anyone in your party to use while they are using the front door.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are audio/video cameras on the EXTERIOR of the property, this includes the doorbell. Please note, these devices are not actively monitored. All devices have been setup to maximize both security of the property, and privacy for our guests.
On the north side of the house:
- The first camera monitors the front yard, looking towards the road.
- The second camera faces toward the backyard, but monitors only up to the fence. It does not look into the backyard.
At the front of the house:
- The doorbell camera, is located beside the front door, and monitors the front entranceway.
- The floodlight camera, monitors the driveway and the portion of the front property surrounding that.
On the south side of the house:
- The first camera monitors the gate leading into backyard.
- The second camera faces toward the back corner of the yard. This is due to the engress that runs behind the property.
