3 Bedroom House in Southside, Jacksonville
The house has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the other bedrooms. Our master bathroom just recently got redone! The other bathroom has a bath tub as well. **All rooms are upstairs!!** We have a grill and patio area out back. We provide all the grilling utensils! Our favorite room is the theater room. Enjoy your favorite movie or show with the whole family. We’ve added black out curtains to really give that movie vibe!
We’re currently in the middle of renovating the lawn, so please excuse our mess while we do that! **There is no renovating while guests are staying!** We know this is your vacation and take relaxation time very seriously!
We currently have the garage and loft closed off to guests.
There are two cameras on property. Both are OUTSIDE. There is a doorbell camera that records when motion is detected and we also have a camera above the garage. This camera also records when motion is detected. Sound is included in recordings. These cameras are in place to protect the property😊
