It is walkable to Doak Campbell Stadium for games, straight down Basin St. This home offers multiple rooms that spread out in such a way that you can be on one end of the house and not hear someone on the other. There are two family rooms, plenty of space to spread out. Covered car port for two cars and plenty of add'l parking. Fully furnished in comfortable beds and cozy furniture, this house is our home away from home, and can be yours as well!
