Perfect for large families and as a University of Florida/Gator Football base! If in Florida, make it a Staycation with your extended family. If out-of-state, come enjoy this beautiful location. Put your boat/jet ski in the lake & moor on our dock. Take a day trip to St. Augustine/Cedar Key/Manatee Springs State Park. There is so much room & privacy. Sit outside on the deck around the gas firepit or bring your own wood and use the traditional firepit as you sit in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the scenery. Or relax with a cup of coffee in the screened in porch or on the patio under the ceiling fan or on the covered dock. Enjoy the lake, fish, swim, ski, wakeboard, relax. A few rooms can accommodate parents & kids with multiple beds in the same room. This was a bed & breakfast so it's fully outfitted for your cooking and entertainment needs.

Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal.
$500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM EST.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages, stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, tampering with equipment (smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts & omissions.
$500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
