Kitchen is fully stocked to cook incredible meals for the family. 4 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms sleeps up to 8. 1 King/2 Queen/2 twin beds available. The master bath has a glass enclosed shower as well as a tub. Split floor plan with master on the left side of the home and all other bedrooms to the right. Master bedroom has direct access to the back patio / pool. Patio area surrounding the pool is large with a gas grill included as well as outdoor TV.

** RULES**
Our family friendly community is very important to us! We request that all guests are respectful to our neighbors especially after 9pm and keep outside noise to a minimum. Due to HOA regulations, parking on the street is not allowed, please make sure all vehicles fit on the large driveway or in the garage.
Please help yourself to the gas grill in the back patio. If the gas tank is empty and you choose to refill or trade it in, we can reimburse you with a receipt. You are responsible for cleaning the grill after use. Please do not leave a mess for guests who visit after you. If left dirty there will be a $40 charge. Our cleaners do not clean the grill.
