This spacious estate home feature is a great location, spacious interiors but does have some older furnishings and finishes. This is what we consider a value property because its interior is worn and dated but its a great location. Gorgeous views of Pine Island sound, a large screened in pool, u-shaped boat dock in your backyard, a tiled sun deck with great views and a short stroll across the street to the amazing beaches of Captiva Island have family dinners in the large tiled dining room with seating for 10 or more. The spacious great room featuring beautiful views, a large flat screened TV, fireplace, vaulted ceilings and two older but comfortable couches. The kitchen has Corian counters, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar and views of the bay. There are three spacious bedrooms in the main upstairs living area. Walk out onto your private deck from the large master suite with the king sized bed, ample closet space and attached master bath with dual sinks. The second guest suite has a queen sized bed and an attached ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. The additional guest suite has two twin beds. The ground floor of the home has a separate fully finished apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living & dining area overlooking the pool and its very own full kitchen. The small kitchen features white cabinets, a range, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Walk into the large tiled living and dining area with its own patio looking out onto the pool and views of the Sound. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, its own television and full bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds decorated in a sports theme and also its own bathroom with a walk in shower. In addition the home has a large game room with a full sized pool table. This home is perfect for a large family or a couple families looking to enjoy everything Captiva Island has to offer.
