Welcome to 219 Fairweather Lane, a three-bedroom, two-bath pet-friendly private home with heated swimming pool in a centrally-located residential neighborhood. You will love the location and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. It's a short 3-4 minute walk down the street to the Shamrock Irish Pub on Estero Boulevard, and the corner store and a trolley stop. Just a short walk across the boulevard will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its 7 miles of sugar white sand beach. You can walk or hop on the trolley to Times Square to fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants, and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe. The home has a laundry room, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi and all linens are provided. There is plenty of off-street parking, as well as parking in the garage.
Entry is up the steps and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counterspace with tile backsplash, and a peninsular bar with four bar seats on the dining area side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer, dishwasher, glasstop range and oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. The dining area flows into the living room, nicely furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper-sofa, end table with lamp and coffee table, all on an area rug. There is also an over-stuffed chair and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV.
Also on the first floor is the primary bedroom with king-size bed, night stands with lamps and a double dresser with flat screen TV. There is access out to the rear pavered pool area from this bedroom. Across the hallway is a bathroom with a nicely tiled walk-in shower, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. This bathroom is also accessable from the pool deck area.
The first guest bedroom is on the upper level and has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, double dresser and mirror, also with a flat screen TV. A door from here provides access to the outer deck overlooking the pool area. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, also with an access door to the deck overlooking the pool. Between these two bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a nicely tiled combination tub/shower and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. A mezzanine area outside these two bedrooms and guest bathroom overlook the living and dining area below.
