**NO LOUD PARTIES!** If you plan to disobey the rules of quiet time outdoors after 10pm please find another place to stay. Quiet time hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.
• The Space •
This home is mostly set up for our guests with a few personal items in closets and garage. There are quite a few items in the pantry, feel free to use anything you need out of it but please don't take anything home with you.
As mentioned we have a private, heated pool. Which means it is heated enough to take off some of the chill. It won't be as warm as an indoor heated pool.
The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool, or anywhere on the property.
If you experience any problems with the pool, (i.e. water is unusually low or very cold etc) please don't attempt to fix it yourself. Feel free to reach out to us and we can assist.
There is a grill as well as some pool toys available!
• Guest Access •
All areas on the property are available for guests minus the back half of the garage where we have some personal items.
Siesta Beach is 8.6 miles and Lido Beach is 6.5 miles from this home.
There is enough space to park 4 vehicles under the carport awning, 1 car may park in the left side garage (the right-side garage door is not accessible for guests), and then the circle drive has plenty of space available as well.
• Neighborhood Overview •
It is located on a quiet street and about 8 miles to the local beaches, Siesta Key and Lido Key. Pinecraft Amish Village is about 2 miles away, and Downtown Sarasota about 5 miles.
• Getting Around •
Free parking on premises. Feel free to use the front garage and all spaces under the carport and on concrete drive. Please don't park in the lawn or anywhere off of the drive. If you don't have a vehicle we recommend getting around with Uber and Lyft.

Randy, our Property Manager is available via VRBO/HomeAway messaging. He will help with any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay.

**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.
If you need anything, please contact us through the VRBO messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.
We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
