We are located in the premium resort community of Bahia Del Mar in Isla Del Sol (Island of The Sun). It is a quiet, friendly community with it's own private beach located on Boca Ciega Bay just a 5 minute walk from the condo.
We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from St Pete's Beach, 10 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg, and 5 minutes to Fort Desoto Park . Gulf Blvd, shopping and numerous restaurants are less than a 3 minute drive away.
This resort is very well run and nicely manicured and is ideal for families or mature adults looking to relax in peace and comfort.
This unit has been completely renovated with premium finishes and boast all new furniture, new stainless appliances, a fully renovated kitchen with premium quartz counter tops, and custom tiled showers in both spa like bathrooms.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfectly suited for sharing. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home and each has it's own bathroom. If you're sleeping 6, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room is large and comfortable.
The open LR/DR and Kitchen makes getting together to enjoy the good times with family and friends easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials but there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive if cooking is not in the cards.
The community pool and hot tub are just a 1-minute walk from your front door, but far enough away so you can enjoy the quite times when needed. There are plenty of marked walkways for walking or biking with-in the resort or you can venture onto the trail system that is at the edge of the resort. You can even bike to Fort Desoto Park if you're feeling adventurous.
The balcony has an amazing view of the sunset and the ponds with lighted fountains and there is a Ninga Electric Grill for outdoor cooking.
There is one assigned parking spot just a few steps from the main entry as well as an electric charging station and car wash bay available just a few spots away.
