The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and a breakfast bar with seating for two and everything you'll need to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. The adjacent dining area has a pub style table seating four, which flows out into the comfortable living area, very nicely furnished with an L-shaped sleeper sofa with coffee table and end table and lamp, matching recliner, and opposite this area is another matching recliner with credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the ground floor patio with views of the the pool. The bathroom has a vanity and lavatory, plenty of storage space beneath, and a walk-in shower with glass doors. All towels and linens are provided.
The upper-level primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a corner overstuffed chair, triple dresser, and opposite the bed is a credenza with large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors out to the private second-floor balcony put you in a perfect position for the exquisite sunrises and pool views! The guest bedroom has one queen and one double bed with a nightstand and lamp, and a dresser with flat-screen TV. The second floor guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with a lavatory and storage beneath.
