There are also no major condo resorts or public parking lots close by, so these beaches are not over crowded and finding that perfect spot is a breeze! The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and family fun attractions. We also offer a spacious front parking area that is directly on the property and it will easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
This multi-family, 3bd/2bth, single level beauty offers an open concept floor plan that radiates natural light and allows for everyone to gather and socialize in the main living area which includes a large sectional, recliner, a large flat screen Smart TV with sound bar, cable and streaming options. The fully equipped kitchen is centrally located and features timeless, clean white quartz surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker. The dining area offers a large table and comfortable seating for 8.
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom is generous in size, featuring a premium Sleep Number king size bed that allows you to adjust your softness/firmness by side and an en suite bathroom. Additionally, this room offers a large flat screen Smart TV with cable and streaming options.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers two plush queen beds, a large flat screen Smart TV with both cable and streaming provided.

Additional Information
Built only a few years ago from a modern construction method known as ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) which is newer construction method that makes for an incredibly strong and secure structure, and is very well insulated. So on those long hot summer days, the inside is nice and cool and comfortable upon your return; and for those few colder days we have in Florida, the inside temperature again remains very comfortable.
A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, toiletries and coffee are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.
