3 story, 8 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is a stunning example of Queen Anne architecture by famed New England architect Rufus Sargent. Property is a 3 minute walk away from beautiful Saint John's river, and only a few blocks away from the Marina and Riverfront Park and the Ravine Garden's State Park! Only 30 minutes away from the Historic city of Saint Augustine. Discounts are made for 7+ nights or more! Although a full service BNB with individual rooms for rent nightly, the entire home can be rented on nights when no other guests are booked. Only book entire home when 100% vacant. Must confirm with host before booking. NOTE: The house has 8 bedrooms but one of those rooms is an office and not available during your stay. However, with the 7 bedrooms, 3 roll-away beds and 3 more 'cubby hole' sleeping areas, you can 'sleep' up to 20 people. Given the historic nature of the home and the valuable furnishings, please do not book this house if you plan to have a wild, celebratory party. The house is just not meant for that. :) However, it is ideal for events such as a Birthday party, wedding or baby shower, meetings, reunions, or simply a place to gather and experience a home like no other.
