Your inside kitchenet has a good size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plus outside there is another cooking area with 2 burners, and electric small appliances. Table and many chairs for you in the sun or the shade. Direct entrance to your own studio: keyless entry door lock code. Your own quiet space separate from the main house. Close to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants ... walk to the dock within this gated community to see the sunset. There is everything within minutes from here. Charming area, I like the town center with music band every Sunday, the outdoor market is fun to see all specialties, many festivals to attend.
