The house is exquisite and modern. with all of the personal touches of home.
1000 sf private enclosed yard with pool , jacuzzi and screened dining area with motorized retractable screens. There is seating for 12+ guests for entertaining in the pool area.
This is my personal home. I live here most of the year, but leave for extended vacations. So the dishes, pots and pans, etc are far above rental quality. Also all of your needs are met from office supplies to wrapping paper.,Please note, the closets will not be emptied, But there will be plenty of space for your belongings.

The house is 3 stories. with a tv room/ office space / guest room with pull out sofa on the 3rd floor.
