Whether you love boating, fishing, swimming, playing lawn games on our big flat backyard or watching the stars from the hot tub, there's just so much to do while you stay at your home away from home!
Our home is directly on Lake Conroe, the ultimate hydro playground for boating, swimming & renown fishing! Not only does our home have breathtaking views from the 2 levels of decks and hot tub, but we also have a huge, flat lawn for games, a deck by the water's w/ fire pit and of course, fully stocked home for you to enjoy and make memories!
We are a family home that was recently converted to a vacation rental; you’ll find our rental isn’t filled with the “bare bones” of a typical “rental only” listing... in fact, we've thought of nearly everything, right down to complimentary toothbrushes, coffee pods, laundry detergent and soap!
Inside, you'll appreciate a fully stocked kitchen, dinnerware for 10, dining seating for 10 at the dining table and bars in addition to all the small appliances if you want to harness your epicurian talents! We have a webber charcoal grill out on the patio if you want to grill up your fresh catch of the day.
Rainy day? Pass the time with our foosball table or grab a game or puzzle and set up at our retro booth & table, claimed from a nearby Historic diner.
Each bedroom and our 2-story living area have their own flat screenTV's with Roku service. Our bedrooms and bath areas are fully stocked with quality linens, bath, hand and wash towels and room to unpack or store your luggage. The first 3 bedrooms have closets with hangers and we have an iron, ironing board and full size W/D in the laundry room should you need to fancy yourself up during your stay!
Outside, enjoy our newly built lakeside deck with Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit to gather around and enjoy the afternoon breeze or sit fire-side and gaze at our big open skies and stars. We also have a hot tub on the back patio and stock pool towels for your stay.
We are just 3 miles to the Margaritaville resort, and less than 2 miles to Walden Golf course and private boat launch, great restaurants, marina and access to the HOA private pool & grill!
