We are the closest beach to all the parks in Orlando and centrally located for day trips to St Augustine, Titusville, Daytona, and 2 and a half hours to the west coast.
Upon entering this private residence the dining room is on the left and seats 8 comfortably. A half bath is located to the right of the dining room.
The full kitchen has lots of counter space and a great place to enjoy family or friends while you cook or just have a glass of wine together at the kitchen island with seating for 3 and the kitchen table seats an additional 5 people. A nice wine cooler has been added to the kitchen as well.
The kitchen overlooks the roomy living room with a large couch and plenty of other comfy chairs to enjoy the 61" flatscreen TV.
There are 4 bedrooms The master has a Queen bed and an En-suite full bath, and a walk- in closet, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.. The full bathroom is located in between both. The 4th bedroom has a daybed that can sleep an additional 2 people. A half bath is located in the hall near this bedroom/ office with desk, & library.
Off of the living room with a view to the backyard is the screened-in porch area.
The yard has beautiful green grass, tropical landscaping, beautiful flowers and is enclosed and private.
The home also has a 2-car garage. Close to supermarkets, shops ,and restaurants. Daytona Beach is 20 minutes away north of us and the closest airport, Orlando is a hour away with 2 Airports, Orlando International and Sanford Orlando Airport ( SFB) with some great offers and has international charter flights.
