Walking distance to Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine, Bufarella Genuine Italian Gourmet, A Maze Bakery & Bistro, Rendez-Vous Bakery and Bistro (fantastic french cuisine and baguettes!), Gordo's Grill (amazing Latin American cuisine) and Angelo Elia The Bakery Bar (best sandwiches and nutella donuts in Fort Lauderdale). Location, location, location!
