This beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom ground level unit is decorator furnished with a tropical flair and with your comfort in mind. The kitchen is a delight and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation getaway. There is a private patio, lush tropical landscape and your own private gas grill.
The beautiful pool area features a waterfall and lots of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. Even a Tiki hut! Sunset Villas is the best of all worlds – on a quiet side street yet easily walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants!
This beautiful unit sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tastefully decorated with a contemporary island feel and newer appliances, larger screen TVs, stack washer/dryer, every kitchen need and well maintained grill. During our month stay we enjoyed many meals in the lovely landscaped common area by the pool. Conveniently located steps from a quieter stretch of beach and walkable/short drive to the Publix, shopping center, island trolley, etc. Only criticism is that to grill everything had to be dragged through the second bedroom (odd but manageable) and we found the living room chairs and sofa not particularly comfortable for extended sitting to read or watch TV. While smaller than other 2B/1B units we've rented over the years this one’s a gem.
