Summary: As a group we rented five condos. It didn’t start off well, because their computer systems were down and they couldn’t give you keys to your rooms. So initially, you had to wait for somebody to let you into your condo with a master key, but you couldn’t go as you please. The condo that we rented definitely needed work. When the air conditioning came on, the room vibrated, and the mirrors on the walls moved. You could actually feel the vibration through the floor and the walls. They never got the situation fixed with the computers, so for us the weekend didn’t go well about going back-and-forth to your rooms. Our bathtub was virtually unusable. I’ll show you a picture of it and you tell me what you think. I went down there and said that management should at least discount the rooms because we paid $362 a night total for those rooms and it was a mess. I’m very disappointed because we had planned this big huge cousins weekend and it didn’t go as planned. I will tell you that lady that was running the thing, Jules was her name, was doing everything she could to try to keep people happy. She was nice. I’m definitely sure that I wouldn’t stay in room 211 S, until they renovated the place.
