Arlington Park is just a little over a mile away, where you can play basketball, swim laps in an Olympic sized pool, workout at the Fitness Center, lay out in the sun while napping or challenge your mate to a game of Tennis on well maintained courts. This park has it all and all for a small fee.! If needing a location near Sarasota's Memorial Hospital, we have you covered! It's less than one mile!
Using the keyless pad enter the main part of the home with a stunning aqua-blue leather sofa (queen sleeper) and ottoman. Kick your feet up on the ottoman and watch movies on the large Smart flat screen TV using your favorite app or checkout the many free channels you get with YouTube at no extra charge, many sport channels offered super-bowl included) No cable but you won't find you need it with YouTube TV. Living room sliding door goes out to the backyard where you'll find the private pool, hammock & large 8 person dining table with 15ft umbrella. Enjoy a daily afternoon siesta on your private hammock....Snoring allowed! You have a second bar height outdoor dining table with umbrella for shade just off the mani living room sliding door that seats 4. There is a 3rd outdoor dining table/umbrella off the other side of the home where the hot tub is located.
There's a spacious, full KITCHEN....white cabinetry with both solid and glass front doors, stainless refrigerator with front access to water/ice, dishwasher and a glass stove top/oven. You have all you need with basic small appliances (blender, coffeemaker ), dishes, glasses to whip up home-cooked meals anytime. The extended kitchen counter bar seats 4 people, plus you have a small cafe table with 2 pull-up leafs that allows for indoor seating for everyone. The kitchenette also has its own fold-down table with chairs and counter seating for 2.
BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, door to back patio & yard, remote ceiling fan, personal A/C for extra comfort, wall-mounted Smart TV with (YouTube), and cedar lined closets to neatly put away your new vacation clothes! 2nd Guest bedroom also has a queen bed, wall-mounted Smart TV (YouTube too), personal A/C for extra comfort, remote ceiling fan & cedar lined closet. Off the main kitchen is the door to the 3rd bedroom, also with a queen bed, Smart YouTube TV, Walk-in closet with its own stacked w/d. Two BATHROOMs: Both completely updated with vanity & pull-out drawer, medicine cabinet & tiled shower stall with personal thermostatic shower bar. No bathtubs.
PARKING: The driveway has space for 3-4 vehicles.
Should you like, pool heat is $150/week plus tax. If staying multiple weeks you can pay for the heat a week at a time if you wish.
