with privacy fence, WiFi and 10 minutes to the beach, a washer and dryer.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a bidet and a shower. Whether you're lounging in the cozy bedrooms or enjoying the superb bathroom facilities, our place will make you feel right at home. We think our place will help you experience everything Palm Coast has to offer. You must be 25 years or older to book a reservation. Come and enjoy your stay in our pool home with three bedrooms. Guest also have access and are encouraged to enjoy the lanai area, you are allowed to smoke in the lanai area , and use sitting areas with firepit and grill. The garage, pantry, master closet is NOT shared space for the guest to use. In the summer we limit the Temperature of the AC to no lower than 70 degrees.
First and foremost this is our personal home so we still live here when we don't have it rented. We do have personal items of ours in the home and ask that you please respect our things. We will provide adequate space for your things while staying here but not all of the drawers and closets are available for use. We ask that you kindly understand this.
There are cameras on the premises at the front door and on the outside perimeter of the home as well as the pool area. The pool camera is for security purposes to protect us if any accidents should occur. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.
Absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic containers.
Palm Coast does not allow trailers to be parked in the driveway so if you are traveling with a trailer our place will not work for you unless you have somewhere you can store it. If you ignore the Palm Coast policy (not our policy) and bring a trailer YOU will be responsible for the fine if one is issued!
