The bamboo suite is a large primary bedroom that has been converted to an efficiency. It has its own private screened porch with a loveseat and small bar with 2 stools. In the backyard you will find a private fenced pool, a small turtle pond, an outdoor seating area under the cabana, and a picnic table with grill access. There are many kinds of plants and trees including sea grape, gumbo limbo, royal poinciana, tamarind, Star fruit, mango, Indian tulip, Java plum and more. There is parking available under a covered canopy and additional parking near the front of the property. Pets are present including two friendly cats who roam freely and a Rottweiler who is on guard dog duty in the main house. You may hear her bark from time to time. The house was built in 1975 and features many quirky touches such as paw prints indented in some of the Spanish tiles. There is a laundry room available to you during your stay via the carport door. The suite is located close to excellent restaurants and shopping, just a 20 minute drive to the beach and to Wellington equestrian events.
