This house has everything you need to either relax or have a fun time.
We are in the heart of Saint Petersburg where you can enjoy amazing restaurants, live music, attractions, shopping, beaches and much more for you and your loved ones to make cherished memories.
This home is completely remodeled with cozy and modern spaces. There are two nice size bedrooms each one has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom, and one half bathroom, a stocked kitchen fully equipped to meet a variety of cooking needs plus a coffee & tea station, living room, dinning room and outdoor patio with conversational seating.
One of my favorite spots is Mazzaro's Italian gourmet market—which is located 6 minutes from the house.
Our tourist attractions are just a 12 minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg historic district and St. Pete’s Beach along with Pass-a-Grille, Belle Vista Madeira Beach and Treasure Island Beach are all less than a 20 minute drive. Just beyond those destinations are John's Pass Village & Boardwalk for an evening walk or day shopping.
As side note:
The size of the house is only for a total 6 guest, after the guest number 6 will be a fee-extra guest charge even if you avoid to mention in your booking the property is under surveillance-records cameras.
