There is a new comfy king bed, a new hide-a-bed, 1 ½ baths and a spacious fully appointed kitchen with all the needed appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and plenty of counter space.
Guests will find the condo very clean and well furnished with a breakfast bar, art décor from the local art community and a master bedroom and master bath featuring double sinks.

-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal

-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
