It is a gated community with key pad access and security cameras on the outdoor premises
** Our Tiny homes have TINY HOT WATER TANKS. Hot water is available but limited. water heats back up quickly!
* We do have Wifi provided by satellite from 2 different providers; however, WIFI will be unavailable at times due to the rural area we are located in
