The Lazy Coconut is engineered from the ground up to offer the ultimate family vacation experience. It offers amenities not available in any other home and provides a new, and unique family vacation experience, directly on the beach.
The home features 8 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, and sleeps up to 24 guests. 4 of the bedrooms are direct Gulf front.
The Lazy Coconut offers the largest elevated pool in NW Florida (can be heated with additional fee), a huge recreation hall, multiple living and gathering areas along with generously apportioned bedrooms. Your family will never feel cramped in this home. You can be together without being "too" together.
The entry level features ample parking for up to 10 vehicles. The entire first floor is dedicated to the theme that the family that plays together, stays together. This recreation hall area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, huge flat screen with video game hookups, 2 arcade grade games where you can play pac-man and your favorite arcade games, foosball table, game and card table, and multiple other games your family will love. DIrect access from this room to the expansive covered porch and walkout to the private beach boardwalk. Your kids and entire family will LOVE this area and it will provide hours of family fun during your stay.
The second floor features the HUGE living room with spectacular gulf views. Walk out to the elevated pool and expansive deck that offers commanding gulf views in all directions. The pool is the largest elevated pool in the area, with ample room for your group.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances including 2 refrigerators to accommodate large groups. Dining for 16 at the table and another 8 at the bar... Also on this floor is the first King master bedroom with ensuite bath and private north facing balcony, Laundry room, and additional half bath. are also located on this floor.
The 3rd floor offers 2 Gulf front Master suites with access to the gulf front covered balcony. Another large living area with ample seating large flat screen tv and game table, and another North facing King bedroom.
The Penthouse level offers 2 more gulf front King master suites with balcony access and incredible views. Additionally, there is a bunk room with custom 2 sets of custom twin over full bunk beds, a second Bunk Room with 2 sets of custom bunks.. 1 full over king bunk, and a twin over twin bunk.
All of the bedrooms have private, ensuite bathrooms, Flat screen Tvs and brand new comfortable bedding.
This home will book quickly, here are some of the rules.. please read these carefully.
This home is NOT available for college or high school spring break or party groups. This home is for families who desire a great vacation together.
The minimum age to rent this home is 30 years old.
There is a $1000 refundable security (damage deposit) required that will be refunded if the home is left in good condition with no damage.
Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, or illicit drug use. No Pets.
Guests can choose to heat the pool for an extra fee, also an elevator is available for an additional usage fee.
The house check in time is 4pm Central Standard Time and the check out time is 10:00am Central Standard time.
The house has neighborhood has quiet time outside from 10pm until 7 am.
Summer stays in June and July run from Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun with a 7 night stay required.
