Our 3 bedroom pool home is located halfway ( 30 minutes ) between St Augustine and Daytona. We're 20 minutes to the beach at Flagler and 90 minutes to Orlando and Disney. Jacksonville is about an hour away at most. If you're looking for golf then look no further - the home is walking distance to Pine Lakes and within 30 minutes to a dozen public golf courses. Palm Coast is a vibrant community with every imaginable convenience and activity.
" The Loft " features a solar heated swimming pool that is much more that just a " wader." There's lots of patio space for entertaining or just hanging around before and after a BBQ.
Two of the 3 bedrooms feature televisions and the living room area is equipped with a 55" smart TV. The home also has an office area and WiFi connections.
We've tried to bring a Florida feeling to every part of our home -- red, yellow, salmon, peach and pink hibiscus shrubs cover our property. In addition, we have added 2 orange trees, a lemon tree ( for that gin cocktail ) and several Bird of Paradise plants. Regretfully some of our hibiscus plants got murdered by a rare January frost ( 2021 ) and will take some time to recover. Thankfully they are hardy --- virtually everything grows in Florida !
" The Loft " is located in a quiet neighborhood close to biking trails. There are many fine restaurants nearby and we have compiled a list of our favorites. Several of these are in the Flagler Beach area that is a haven for surfers and those who want to soak in the sun beside the ocean rather than the pool.
We have a staff that maintains the grounds on a weekly basis as well as another company that services our pool each week. The cleaning crew is as good as it gets and we have had many compliments in that regard.
This is OUR HOME and we want it kept PERFECT for our guests.
