Positive: My family and I loved EVERYTHING about the property. The management team was very accommodating. It was so beautiful until I immediately enforced a “no outside shoes rule”. Everything that you could imagine was available, from cookware, to tools, to pool toys for the kids. We enjoyed canoeing, sitting and fishing from the pier. Initially, I was a bit unsure of why are we being asked to start or refresh the towels, given we had paid additional for cleaning. Once there, this was a no brainer. The proprietor simply wants to ensure that towels are ready and refreshed for the next visitors, as there are many towels and they are well maintained. Keep in mind that this home is well sought after and reservation are back-to-back. We were happy to accommodate. Now, to address the 7-person capacity—when reserving, one does not see this advertised until after the reservations are firm. We certainly exceeded this with my Big Fat Greek family but we were respectful of our neighbors and respectful of the home. It all worked out wonderful and we had no pushback from the management. There’s a wonderful coffee maker and the coffee pods were stocked. It was a much appreciated treat. We decided to gift the owners by replenishing the coffee bar. My family LOVED this facility and we will definitely return in our future travels.
