Completely renovated villa in June of 2016. “The Meadows” is one of the first planned communities in Florida. Built in 1986 it offers lots of tree coverage with Live Oaks (where it gets its name Oakley Greene), pine trees and palm trees and surrounded by three very nice golf courses. Two are public. Sarasota has some of the finest beaches in the world all within a 30 minute access. All new kitchen, floors, baths and bedrooms. State of the art. Excellent lighting. Features a walk in shower in the MB, electronic bidet, two sinks, walk in closet with lots of hanging space. Just 40 steps to a very private and quiet heated pool at 90 degrees. Only 10 minutes from over 50+ restaurants and shopping (University Town Center). 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota. We are seeking a couple who seek a quiet a peaceful stay desiring walks, golf, or just relaxing and reading by the pool. While children are allowed here, they might be bored! It's very quiet and peaceful. At times you might feel like you are the only ones in Oakley Greene. You can visit The Meadows country club which offers tennis, pickleball and exercise facilities and multiple levels of accessibility. The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances, two coffee units, blenders, electric kettles new pots and pans and hopefully every thing you will need. There is a kitchen table with a glass top and 4 chairs. Bed sheets, towels, and mattresses are all new. Two Queen bedrooms and one room with two single beds. Toshiba 4k 43" tv with Comcast HD cable with DVR. DVD player as well. These villa's also include an attached 2 car garage with a walk through to the unit (no stairs).
