The Osceola has been completely renovated from top to bottom with spacious yet comfortable rooms. Centrally located, this home is the ideal setting for fun, family, relaxation and more. Every room has smart TVs access to the high-speed Wi-Fi internet. The neighbors are friendly however please be courteous and considerate of others in the neighborhood. No loud noise after 11 pm, minimal food or drinks in bedrooms, no parties or events absolutely No smoking ($300 smoke removal fee.) Please try and keep pets off all furniture ESPECIALLY the beds. If your pet must absolutely be on the furniture please bring your own blanket, sheet or cover to help protect furniture. ALSO, if you bring your pets, please frequently use the vacuum on site to help with shedding. There will be a $50 fee for excessive hair if not. **A good rule of thumb, please leave the space as you found it. Thank you!
There is an extended driveway with plenty of parking available (4-5 cars.) IF extra space is needed please park across the street facing towards the north. There is city transit with several stops near by.
In order to access the front door there is a stoop with several stairs. There is an alternative entrance with less steps that for easier access.
