Welcome to our pristine, updated and roomy 2nd floor Condo in vibrant Ocean City, MD. ~1000 sq. feet of modern living space await you to enjoy your beach vacation! Second year listing this beautiful property with all the conveniences and comfort of home. (For those with mobility issues, please note this is a second floor unit with 30 steps from the garage to our door and unfortunately, no elevator).
We are located in Mid-Town OC, Beach side - 3 minute walk to fabulous, clean, lifeguard protected public beaches-no need to worry about crossing over coastal highway, your family will walk with ease to the beautiful beach next to you. Adult and kiddie pool is private to the condo's for those late afternoon dips and drinks :)
Mid-town is family friendly with lots to do for the kids (mini golf, candy shops, go carts, boat rentals, bowling etc) and steps away from adult friendly libations and entertainment Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar) and an abundance of eateries wherever you turn!
This unit features 2 bedrooms (primary with Queen Bed and ensuite full bath, Guest room with 2 full (double mattresses on each level) size bed bunks and pull-out twin trundle with another dedicated en suite bath which was upgraded winter of 2022). There is a bonus Queen Sized sofa sleeper in Living room.
Kitchen is fully stocked with newer small and large SS appliances, seating for 4 at the dining table and another 4 at the island counter. Back Deck overlooks the resort private pool complete with kiddie pool. 2 dedicated covered garage spaces are ready for you and your guests.
We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Linen service can be arranged with two weeks' notice and for a separate fee. (We do have bath 2 sets of bath towels for each bathroom on site, but guests are required to wash and dry these prior to departure. (Washer and dryer and detergent onsite available to you). Or, bring your own linens for quick exit!) 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas are also on site for your use.
Please expect a phone call on serious inquiry, and a requirement for the primary tenant (minimum age of 30) to provide photo ID. We also have a ring video doorbell on the exterior of the unit to ensure maximum occupancy (including all guests) does not exceed 6 people. A local property manager is available for emergency calls and professional high touch cleaners will ensure your experience is the best possible.
3-night minimum stay is required for your booking.
