From the moment you enter the home on the 2nd floor level, you are immediately struck by the breathtaking two story views of the gulf from the family room. The 5 bedroom, 6 and 1/2 bath property comes with 3 king bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on each of the 3 levels all with large decks giving you direct, unobstructed views of the ocean. It has 1 queen bedroom on the front side of the home with views of the golf course and bay and 1 bunkroom complete with two queen beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top. The first floor comes complete with a game room, arcade room with gaming system, ping pong table and a very large movie theater room. Head out on to the first floor deck and experience the outdoor living, bar and grill area, outdoor shower and stunning swimming pool with direct views of the Gulf. From the 1st floor deck, step onto a private walking path that takes you straight to the beach. The home comes equipped with a full scale kitchen, complete with two islands and a dining room table. There are washer and dryer sets on both the 1st and 2nd floors, multiple refrigerators and wine refrigerators in the kitchen and first floor game room. There are coffee stations on all three levels and an elevator that services all floors of the home.
