Positive: The location is very convenient and well connected, and the parking area is comfortable and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were able to stay with our dog. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well equipped overall.

Negative: We experienced a power outage during the night that lasted about an hour. Because of this, when we went down for breakfast around 8:00 am, we were told it was not ready yet, even though breakfast is advertised from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Our room faced the parking lot, so there was noticeable noise from cars throughout the night and early morning. Additionally, we found live and dead cockroaches in the room, which gave us the impression that the room may not have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. But in total my husband saw and killed at least 6 German roaches during the night. One of those crawled on the bed while he was reading on his phone. It seems to me room 211 has an infestation and should be fumigated and cleaned before receiving new guests.

Summary: The location and staff were great, but cleanliness and service disruptions affected our experience.
