The house was recently renovated and has everything you need for your long-term stay or beach vacation. Only 2 miles to Mayo Clinic and 4.2 miles to the beach, the house is conveniently located to all Jacksonville has to offer. The open-concept, single-level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with two separate living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. You also have the option to dine al fresco in the covered lanai or the amazing deck overlooking the marsh. All linens, including beach towels, and beach chairs and a cooler are provided. Pool construction was just completed with a beautiful saltwater-heated pool.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
