The property is five acres and you will have access to approximately three. The guest house can host up to 10 extra guest. IN ORDER TO BOOK BOTH HOMES PLEASE MARK 17 GUEST, even if you have more put down 17 for the proper quote, just let us know how many extra there are in a message. We allow 16 in the main house and 10 in the guest house. Note, they are two separate homes on the same property, they do not have shared spaces other than the driveway which is large and splits off. The pool is usable by the main house only, We are getting hot tubs for both homes so each can have their own. By adding the extra guest you will be charged an additional $300 a night for the rental of the guest house, please still send us a message with the number of guest so that we may prepare accordingly. This property would be perfect for any family reunions, weddings or any other family gathering. Reach out to us if this is something you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. On property there is a warehouse located in the very back utilized for my business however due to the large size of the property you won’t notice or disrupt your stay. We just use the driveway to get back there. We have a hedge of trees and I just planted a new hedge of Clusia that’s 5 feet right now but growing.
While some events are permitted we do ask that we are made aware and informed on all pertinent information so that we may approve and prepare in advance. We do not allow large house parties that may result in damage to our property. We do ask that you treat our home with respect and make us aware of your events in advance.
Three acres is quite a bit of space. We spent 8 months residing in the main house renovating and working hard to get this space ready for all our guest. We adore our home and yard that we hope you like it just as much.

Main house guest have priority access to the pool.
We also are adding a whole house reverse osmosis water system to make our water really nice for our guests. Our area doesn't have the best but this will make it much nicer because we don't have the option for city water where we are. Bottled water has approx. 15ppm (parts per million) and this has the potential to make it 5-10ppm. Should be very nice water when done.
We are hooking up a pool heater to the pool, it is optional, it does cost a bit to run so we are charging $50 per day of use if you decide to use it to cover the cost of electricity. They don't make the pool scorching hot but are very nice to use in the winter months of Florida. The average heater gets the pool around 85-89 degrees Fahrenheit. It all depends on the weather outside though, it may not get it that cold if its too cold outside but it will be much nicer.
