Our condo is the one with the American flag flying on the balcony out lined in yellow in our listing picture. While others race to the beach to watch (miss) the sunset you'll be comfortably watching the sunset from our balcony. DON'T BE MISLED by other listings showing Vistas building and not outlining their condo which may not be a direct gulf front facing condo but facing the wall of building next to us. No fooling around here, it's a TRUE GULF FRONT CONDO (not a side unit) with two balconies many recent upgrades and is the nicest and cleanest unit in the building. If you desire a direct gulf front unit this is what you want. Vistas on the Gulf is a 38 unit condo on St. Pete Beach. If you've never been here, the beach is a great place for families and couples quiet and relaxing. We are the original owners of unit 301 and spend 15- 18 weeks / year there, it has become our oasis and happy place! If you want clean, rent our unit. Our part of the beach is very quiet and not busy at all. You'll have plenty of area to distance from others at the beach as you can see from our pictures. Our gulf front view is just incredible, not only during the day, but look at our pictures to see some of the spectacular sunsets and rainbows we've seen! Evenings on the front balcony are special. Relax listening to the gentle sounds of waves rolling in.
The unique thing about our unit is that we have two balconies--a large balcony directly facing west to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Another balcony is off the second bedroom and faces south. This view gives you a great pool view and a beautiful gulf view. One of the nice features of our condo, is that you can walk right out to the beach and can enjoy several beach restaurants/bars and never even have to put on your shoes! Each unit is individually owned and we have added many personal touches. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a new firm premium mattress and other bedroom has a bunk bed with stairs, twin mattress top / new full size firm mattress bottom. The living room also has a new queen sized sofa-sleeper 5/25 and TCL brand smart TV, power leather recliner . As nice as the unit is, you'll most likely be enjoying the beautiful beach and weather outside! Air conditioning system recently installed. Everything in our unit operates as it should.
We deep clean, upgrade and replace items regularly during each of our 15 - 18 weeks we visit each year. We take great pride in our condo and believe in putting money back into it to keep it fresh, clean, updated and desirable. Just like you, we like staying in a clean updated well maintained condo when we vacation. We re invest in our condo continuously hoping that our guests have a wonderful experience.
