Summary: One of the reasons why I choose this hotel was because of the free breakfast. I was very disappointed on the day of check out as the breakfast area was closed due to shortage of staff. Also for the check in process, I do understand that there is a check in time of 3pm. Me and my husband arrived at the hotel about 2:20pm and we asked if we could check in. We weee told that we would have to pay an extra $30. We were okay with this however, there needs to be consistency with the hotel check in process as my husband stayed at the same hotel about 2 weeks ago and he was able to check in before 2:30pm.
