Our 4000 square foot 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, newly renovated house can accommodate up to 14 persons. It offers a Queen size beds in 4 rooms, two Tween size beds in fifth bedroom, plus Pull-out Sofa Bed Full size in the Living room. The kitchen area has everything you would need to cook. Features: High Speed Internet with WiFi, Flat screen TV, Central air conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Washer and dryer. The house is located in a wonderful and quiet area of Sarasota. Within a ten-fifteen minutes you are on one of our many beaches long on one of our 3 islands Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key with a total of 64 km of white sandy beaches. Our beaches are clean and running at all times. There is ample parking. The House is located close to 4 big grocery stores, shopping malls, outlet malls, bars and restaurants. Most restaurants offer outdoor tables. Enjoy 6 golf courses within 25 minutes. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. Check-in/out: Check-in time: 3:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am. Pet Fee $200/Month/Stay. Housekeeping: We provide all the necessary for your stay (linens, towels, hangers, etc.). No daily housekeeping service is provided. Rules: Do not use the grill under the pool deck roof, move it outside prior using it (It will damage the ceiling and walls!). Let us know of any special request prior to booking. NO smoking inside the house. At checkout please leave key in the lock box (lock box combination provided in instruction inside the unit) If key will be not in the lock box, charge of $35.00 will apply.
