This cozy, privately-owned condo is 1,250 sq ft and is equipped with everything you ll need for a comfortable, relaxing trip to Tampa. My place is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers, or solo-adventurers wanting to get away. My place is centrally located in the quiet Temple Terrace area. Hard Rock Casino- 3.5 miles away Busch Gardens and Adventure Island- 4 miles away Ybor City is less than 15 mins away Downtown Tampa and Riverwalk- 15 mins away Top Golf and iFLY (indoor sky-diving)-15 mins away Tampa International Airport- 20 mins away *** In order to manage and minimize risks associated with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19), I have enhanced cleaning practices. Cleaning between stays requires more time to be in compliance with disinfection and sanitization as per CDC and VRBO guidelines. Therefore, cleaning fees have been slightly increased to ensure fair wages for cleaning staff. Thank you for understanding as we navigate these new practices together*** There are three bedrooms available and wait till you see the master! The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a sink, toilet, stand-up shower and it can easily be hidden behind full-length mirror closet doors. Guests will enjoy a king bed in the master with a memory foam topper and a tv mounted on the wall. The second bedroom has a queen bed that can comfortably fit two. This room can also fit a queen-size air mattress on the floor (if needed please request in advance). The third bedroom has a new queen-size 12” memory foam mattress with a tall bed frame to easily fit your suitcase underneath. This room also has a desk with all the basic office equipment. A queen-size air mattress is also available upon request. Plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets available too! If you re wanting to lounge around in the living room... the couches are cozy and you ll have access to DirectTV with HBO and Netflix! The kitchen is bright, clean and has everything you would likely have in your own. You will have access to the entire condo including the two porches (one in the front and one in the back accessed through the living room slider door). Feel free to use the grill or head to one of the three pools in the community for some sun-bathing. One of the pools has a hot-tub. You also have access to the tennis courts as long as you bring the key! As your host, I am available to you via phone, text or HomeAway messaging at all times during your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay... do not hesitate to ask! I want you to enjoy your time and my space :) Smoking is allowed outside the condo on one of the two porches ***Due to previous experiences: if it is discovered that food, food containers, crumbs or similar items are left out on the kitchen counter or in the living space and/ or the trash is not taken out upon check-out... the host will retain the security deposit within 14-days of checkout. A fee of $50 is held upon booking as a security deposit. This fee will be for additional costs associated with professional pest control/ removal and refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout if no damages incur.***
